The Caviar Co. is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Server to join our Tiburon team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and is committed to delivering an exceptional culinary experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:
• Introduce caviar selection and wine offerings to guests and make personalized recommendations to each guest. (Caviar training will be provided upon hire)
• Be knowledgeable about the menu offerings and answer questions about the menu and wine list while taking note of allergies or dietary restrictions
• Follow The Caviar Co.’s flow of service and expectations
• Strive to provide guests with prompt, attentive, and enthusiastic service
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room by bussing dishes, wiping tables, and setting cutlery and glassware, and follow all opening, closing, and side work procedures.
• Assist in maintaining beverage inventory
Requirements:
• 3+ years of serving experience. Experience in a fine dining environment a plus!
• Strong wine knowledge and ability to execute flawless champagne service
• Able to work weekends
• Able to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a clean workspace
• Expert multitasking ability
• Must be able to work standing on your feet for at least 8 hours per day
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Compensation + Benefits:
