I am selling a Gree Mini split Heat pump system 12,000 BTU, which will cover a room between 450-600 square feet. Indoor unit is a high wall mount unit 12k BTU R410A. Comes with hand held remote, drain tube, 15’ of refrigerant lines 3/8 x 1/4, 3- sticks of 3/4” pvc x 10’, 4” speedi channel to cover refrigerant lines and drain line, hole insert plug and built in Wi-Fi. Still has 5 year warranty on it. Brand new in the box. Outdoor unit is a 12k BTU heat pump R410A. Still has a 4 year warranty on parts and 6 years on the compressor. Used for 6 months. Changed bad board.
