Schedule

• Full-time, year-round

Compensation & Benefits
• Starting at $21/hour
• Our previous assistant earned approximately $4,000/month
• 6 weeks of paid vacation per year (after 6 months of employment)
Responsibilities
• Supporting daily routines (feeding, diapering, supervision, cleaning)
• Helping maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Assisting with simple educational and developmental activities
• Communicating professionally with staff and families
• Following licensing and health/safety guidelines
Requirements
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must enjoy working with young children
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and remain active throughout the day
• Experience in childcare is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow established routines
