-Patience, organization and problem solving skills
-At least 12 Early Childhood Education Units
-At least 3 Administration Units
-2 years’ experience working in a childcare facility
-CPR/Pediatric First Aide Certified
-This person must be a strong leader with the ability to manage a diverse group of children and staff.
-To be an effective communicator and interact with the children, their parents as well as your “team” members.
-Managing staff, helping with hiring of new staff, training, and constant monitoring of staff members to ensure
they’re accurately performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
-Keep in tough with parents, making themselves readily available to listen to their comments and concerns and
keeping them informed on new developments.
-Supervising children and developing activities that they can both enjoy and learn from.

This position is Monday thru Friday 7:30am—4:30pm.
