* Complete clutch replacement system including rear main seal ($1,560 value) - October 2024
* New starter motor ($840 value) - March 2024
* Complete brake system overhaul including front and rear brake rotors, pads, and sensors - 2022
* Oil changes every 3,000-4,000 miles with premium Motul or Swepco synthetic oils
* All scheduled maintenance including: oil filter replacements, cabin filters, spark plugs, window washer fluid, and brake fluid flushes
Current mileage: 81,XXX miles
This Cayman has been well maintained by an adult driver with a long history of owning & maintaining sports cars. No track days, no daily driving in traffic, maintenance always done proper.
## Why I'm Selling:
It's with deep regret that I need to part with my beloved Cayman S. Unfortunately, recent health changes have forced me to make this difficult decision. Prior to purchasing this car 4 years ago I waited awhile to find this exact spec on the car locally, and the Cayman has been a complete joy for the past 4 years, treating it as such. Life happens and I will still be very happy to see this Cayman S end up in the right set of hands.
This would have been my "keep this car til I'm an old man and see you at the coffee car meets on Saturday" car -- if you purchase, I encourage you to keep it, they're going to be classics.

This is the one for driving enthusiasts and purists: Analogue. Black-on-Black Leather, Sports-Chrono Package, PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management), Hydraulic Power Steering with a Manual 6-speed to tie it all together.
• PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management)
In Normal mode: softer damping for comfortable daily driving
In Sport mode: firmer damping for spirited/track driving
This feature is never talked about for some reason, and I've noticed most Cayman's do NOT have it. PASM was a critical feature for me. It makes the car far more tolerable -- you can turn it on&off with or without sports mode as well. I waited to find a car with this specific feature before purchase.
• Hydraulic Steering Rack
This is the last generation of Porsche without an electric steering rack, as mentioned before. Hydraulic provides significantly better road feel and feedback - you can actually feel what the front wheels are doing. Enthusiasts specifically seek out the 987 generation for this reason alone.
Always leaves me with a big smile on my face.
