I have a current CARFAX Report 11/28/25. SCAMMERS, I WILL NOT PRINT OUT ANY OTHER REPORT. YOU HAVE THE VIN# AND CAN DO IT YOURSELF, SO DON’T ASK OR I WILL IGNORE YOU.
I am firm on the price, NO TRADES, cash will carry. I have a lot of service records and the Subaru dealership paperwork stating Certified Pre-Owned.
I am selling my beloved 2012 Subie Outback 2.5i Premium. Current mileage is 118,704K about 9,131 miles a year. This car runs well and has been a solid adventure wagon all year round! With the ALL SEASON tires, you can drive to Tahoe in the snow without chains. The only reason that I am selling is I bought a newer 2024 Outback. Responsible Mature woman owned and has been cared for and regularly serviced at reputable mechanic in Sonoma County: “Empire Too” The guys there are honest, have excellent reviews, and do great work!
The exterior shows its age. There are some scratches, a small dent/scratch on the passenger rear fender-well, and oxidation on the hood. Some areas have peeling paint as you can see in the photos. This is all purely cosmetic.
Right now nothing needs to be done to this car. I am asking $7600. To be fair, since it needs front breaks sooner than later, I will take $350 off the asking price, which brings it to $7,250

Per CAFAX report:
1st owner: reported this car as a corporate car, it had accident damage in 2012, but CARFAX reported no total loss, no frame damage, and no airbag deployment. The mileage at this time was 23,094K
2nd owner: My cousin bought the car @ Subaru Pacific Dealership in Torrance as Certified Pre-Owned at 23,094K in 3/19/2015 and drove it for 2.5 years. There was a small fender bender that my cousin chose not to fix. I took a picture and it is the small crack in the bumper, and the small scrape like dent on the passenger fender-well.
3rd owner: Me and I bought the car 11/15/2017 at 42,949K. (The Certified Pre-Owned extended warranty was transferred to me. I have the paperwork, but the warranty expired after 100K)

* I have a paper warranty extension for electric parking brake assembly. No action
required at this time as it has been automatically applied to this vehicle.
* RECENTLY, A mini tune-up that included replacing timing belt, cam and crank oil seals,
water pump, and thermostat and serpentine belts, oil change, check brakes, rotate
tires, and check all fluids, replace air filter and cabin filter and right rear bearing 6/5/25.
* Spark plugs and CVT trans fluid was done at 64K miles and recommends again around
124K miles.
* Next oil change will be at 122, 057k miles
* Front brakes have 35% wear remaining and will need replacing just before 25%. There
is still several thousand miles left before they need to be changed depending on how
you drive (I will take off $350 from the asking price to include this upcoming service)
