I've been fixing computers in homes and small offices for decades. Even while I was working for several of the large dot coms you've definitely heard of.
There is No Charge if it is so easy I can fix it over the phone, or in just a few minutes.
But I also set up and manage the IT duties of several medium sized businesses in Marin. Specifically several law offices, dental offices, accountants, car repair shops, construction, and some other miscellaneous type businesses with specialized computing needs.
