Hi I am looking for a ruby on rails developer/ web designer to take my current basic EHR electronic health record app and turn it into a hipaa compliant app that fits the needs for my medical clinic. This is a startup. Looking for someone who is knowledgeable about data science. Either project based or could expand to CTO role depending on fit.
