Good communication skills
Is able to be in the SF bay area to attend investor meeting, understands the risks in working with a start-up, is grounded and flexible!
Able, willing and interested in investing time for deferred compensation, company ownership, possible founder participation. Open to negotiations with the right person.
This is a startup at early stages looking or initial seed money that need the right people to create the right team.
Former owner of rental income property and keenly aware of the obstacles tenants and landlords face. That experience is where this idea came from. Also, I have a long career in graphics production producer and Art Director for Electronic Arts making outstanding video games. Also, Director of Creative Services at the broadcast technology development company MetaTV, now integrated with Comcast Corporation.
