compensation: Open to negotiation is an online service that helps prospective tenants and landlords connect.
This is a startup seeking pre-seed investment to begin MVP

• Tenants get pre-qualified with a (independently verified) application, updated credit report and personal dossier.

• Landlords get to select from a list of pre-verified pre-qualified perspective tenants.

Both parties are dynamically matched on common interest factors:

35 Million people seek rental every year and 7 million landlords want responsible tenants to quickly fill vacancies.

I am seeking a Full Stack Engineer who loves this idea and sees value in this concept!

Conceptualize and diagram requirements to achieve a working MVP and further feature developments. Present and convey execution requirements including: budgets, timelines, milestones, possible obstacles, risks and dependancies, and team requirements.

The right person has:
Team lead experience
Good communication skills
Is able to be in the SF bay area to attend investor meeting, understands the risks in working with a start-up, is grounded and flexible!

AND is:
Able, willing and interested in investing time for deferred compensation, company ownership, possible founder participation. Open to negotiations with the right person.

This is a startup at early stages looking or initial seed money that need the right people to create the right team.

Former owner of rental income property and keenly aware of the obstacles tenants and landlords face. That experience is where this idea came from. Also, I have a long career in graphics production producer and Art Director for Electronic Arts making outstanding video games. Also, Director of Creative Services at the broadcast technology development company MetaTV, now integrated with Comcast Corporation.
