I've got a home in downtown Sebastopol that needs a cleaning (approx. 4 hours) every 2-3 weeks. Looking for someone that can be paid by the hour, not by the job. $30/hour. Sometimes there's more to clean, sometimes less. Looking for 1 person, not a company. Needs to be open to instruction on how specifically to clean certain things. I'm opening to providing all cleaning supplies. You do not have to be a professional - I just need a good communicator, good at following instruction, and attention to detail!
