"The first steel pens manufactured in America were made by Richard Esterbrook in 1858."
So says the vintage box of this 1940s-era "Assortment 164" R. Esterbrook Co. pens with 7 nibs remaining of the original dozen.
Cardboard box measures approx 2" x 1.25" by 1/2" (see 4th pic) and is in excellent vintage condition with only minor scuffs. Nibs are authentic new old stock and in perfect condition. No rust or other flaws.
