A spectacular sculptural, "Propeller Vase" Centerpiece from Skrdlovice Glassworks made by an artist named Emmanuel Beranek in Czechoslovakia circa 1959 to 1960. Designed by Jan Kotik. It is uncommon to find these over 9" tall. This one is fully 10", richly colored, chunky and HEAVY at just under 11.0 lbs. It is in great condition with minor scratches on the bottom only. No chips, or dings, or inside watermarking, etc. They made many different colors and each was relatively one of a kind, all hand-formed. This one also has some light uranium glass florescence that shows up under a blacklight. It's really a beauty. Letting go to make room after many years in my collection.
