We are selling a vintage pair of matching 1950s ROSSIGNOL Double-Sided French Cooking Poster Sauces & Cuisson No. 11/12. Please note auction is for a matching pair of double-sided posters, giving the buyer the abilty to display both sides. This is a striking original mid-century educational wall chart published by Éditions Rossignol, Montmorillon (Vienne), France. This rare double-sided piece showcases “Modes de Cuisson” (cooking methods) on one side and “Sauces et Découpages” (sauces and cutting techniques) on the reverse. These vintage Rossignol prints are highly collectible due to their graphic charm, historical value, and scarcity—especially in double-sided form. Bright colors with edge wear, creases, and minor upper corner tear as shown. No tape or restoration. Both sides display beautifully. From a smoke-free home. Shipped rolled. Measures 39.5" x 29.5". Please note I have another auction for this same poster, giving the buyer the opportunity to display both sides of the poster if both are purchased.
