history:
It all started in the 80s with a passion for Camargue racing. Didier Lascombe was then 20 years old and began a career as a professional razor. After a serious blow of horns, he is forced to stop prematurely. Didier then finds himself in Auvergne, waiter in a hotel-restaurant. It is in this same region, rich in cutlery that an idea comes to him: why not create a knife with the effigy of the Camargue, his native land? Back in Nîmes, Didier still has his project in mind. Master Artisan in the Art trade, he soon opened his workshop in Bezouce in 1993, where the first knife Le Camarguais was born.
