If you already have an existing rear rack installed, or wanted to install a disc brake rear rack, the Thule Yepp Maxi Easyfit Adapter is an integral part necessary to mount your new child seat.
Made from the same durable materials as the Thule Yepp Racks, the Easyfit Adapter fits rear racks that measure 11–17 centimeters wide (4.5-6.7''). The Maxi Easyfit Adapter has a load capacity of 55 pounds, so please factor that in to your setup.
The innovative feature, and reason we love the Easyfit Adapter so much, is that it allows you to carry a Yepp Child seat on any rear rack - all you need to attach it is a 5mm hex wrench which is included.
