Traditional design wooden rowing skiff. Custom built in Sausalito 2014. Lapstrake construction, Douglas Fir planking, copper riveted, oak frames and structural members. Black hull, green interior and bilge, varnished rails, and seats. Length 17 ½ ft., beam 4ft , approx. weight 200 lbs. Has two rowing stations and comes with a pair of 8 -1/2 ft. Shaw and Tenney Spruce Spoon oars. Average speed is 3-4 knots with single set of oars, and 4-5 knots with double set of oars. Little used, and has been stored inside since launch. Donated to a Sausalito based Educational nonprofit organization. Funds from the sale will help support the organization’s youth and adult sailing programs.
