CT 38 sloop heavily built ocean cruiser, 2 cabins fore and aft, salon, head, galley, canvas dodger, main , jib and 7 bags of extra sails. Newer Yanmar diesel engine installed by Sausalito's List Marine (Yannar dealer) in 2020, has only 69 hrs. Some basic electronics inc. radar, GPS, etc., recent bottom cleaning and zincs. Add your cruising gear and head to Mexico or Pacific Northwest.
This boat was a donation to a youth sailing organization. In very good overall condition, and available 'as-is, where-is" basis to experienced and knowledgeable sailors. Not recommended for first time buyers that need sea trials, surveys, and multiple inspections . Because it's a donation previous owner(s) are confidential and there are no previous surveys/ records or logs available. Comparable models listing at $65,000- $90,000. The organization offers the vessel for $31,500 .
