Comfortable, heavy duty sailboat for living aboard and/or sailing around the world. Needs some work but has a good running Yanmar diesel, roller furling jib and no teak decks.
Needs new headliner in the main salon and exterior cosmetic work. Has new electrical panels but will need to be wired in. It also has new salon windows and a composting toilet in the head.
Has a slip in Paradise Cay marina that is transferable with the Harbormaster's approval.
