Located in North Richardson Bay in South Marin County. Easy access to Sausalito, Angel Island, Golden Gate, Alcatraz, City Front, etc.

It is a well maintained and very well protected marina with no storm surge and lots of wind protection. New docks with locked fob controlled access gates. 30v Shore Power and fresh water included. The marina is surrounded by full-time residences (Harbormaster lives on-site), so there is a constant watch on all boats.

We accept boats (both sail and power) up to 45' but no tall trawlers or crows nests (nothing to block the views of resident homes on the marina). No live-aboards or overnights. Boats must be well maintained and seaworthy, and have current registration and insurance.

Month-to-month leases with only a 1-month refundable security deposit and a 30-day notice to vacate.
