Barbara J cannot remain at Spud Point Marina and will be required to be towed, at your own expense to a location that allows non-running boats. This is a large very heavy 41' Wooden Ocean boat that is located in the water and is not trailered. It will need to be towed in the water from Spud Point to your location at your own expense.
Needs TLC, and the engine doesn’t run, but comes with a lifeboat (needs recertification), life vests and ocean electronics. Unsure of the working status of the electronics, but they were functional the last time the boat ran a couple years ago.
If towing, you will be required to sign a release of liability prior to removing Barbara J from Spud Point Marina, accepting that you are fully responsible for the safe towing to an alternate location.
Alternate option is to repair the engine.
