Up for sale is the last of the collection of vintage J.C. Higgins bicycles from the 1940s and 1950s. First is the 1949 J.C. Higgins girls bicycle all original with Sears mid-weight whitewall tires. Serial number MOS-M, MOD 502, 29847. Features front torpedo headlight, skip tooth chain, white crash rail seat and rear rack. The kids frameset is I believe from the 1950s but I was unable to track down the serial number online, the one on the frame is MO-P 229274. This frameset is super rare and Ive never seen another one, has the original skip tooth hub and chain, and the original fenders, not sure if the handlebars are original came with the frameset.
