Needs new battery; range is down to about ten miles.

Since the battery is mounted on the rear rack, any standard 36 volt battery you can bolt to the rack should work. Original battery is a Samsung 36V/8.7Ah, 313Wh. It's an early design, but it's not a cheap Walmart special. Alloy frame, wheels, cranks, etc. $1,000 new:
