Added for comfort and fit: handlebar shim to fit a shorter stem, lock on grips, 26x2.35 fast trak tires front/rear, specialized bottle cage. I also converted the drivetrain to 1x8. Perfect for simplicity and flat to mild terrain. Shifts and brakes perfectly. Chain wax lubed by squirt. Wheels roll straight and smoothly.
For reference, im 5'6 and fit this bike comfortably at this pictured setup.
