This is a motorhome that has been sitting since 2022 on non op on private property. I have the title in my hand, no unpaid fees due on non operational status because it's in need of a transmission 3 speed automatic transmission. It does not move without some kind of towing. The inside is pretty decent and livable once moved elsewhere. $1500 is the firm asking price, but if you have something to trade ,I'll consider most anything. Gas tank and fuel lines cleaned when last smogged a few years back. Tires good, no leaks on roof, everything is stock, generator present but not gone through or even touched to operate. Lost the keys, needs a new set cut. I have / hold pink slip title and registration in my name and in my possesion. Will need a thorough washing and detailing job. Selling this RV as it is, not running needs work, can't smog currently.
