Pottery Barn Kids Catalina Twin Bed Frame and Trundle, Sealy Backsaver Avenbury twin mattress
This was purchased new for our daughter as she transitioned from a crib to a bed when she turned three years old.
The bed frame posts have wear from the trundle moving underneath. One bed frame posts on has some damage on the outside from one cat scratching.
The bed and mattress support have a 2001-06 manufactured in Mexico label.
The Sealy Backsaver Avenbury Twin Mattress has a 2005-08-04 manufacturing date. It is still in good order. It has not been used since 2010 when our daughter moved into a different room.
IStR that a mattress was purchased for the bed in 2001. This Sealy mattress was purchased in 2005, when the original mattress was moved to the trundle. The original mattress was sold in 2010.
The trundle measures 74.5" * 41.75" and weighs about 40 pounds. It has holes for 6 casters, however only 4 were supplied with the trundle. If the trundle were to be used with a pull-out bed, it might be best to install 6 casters.
Total cost was $1201 = $499 +$399 + $199 + $104 tax. Prices likely will go up when the new administration raises tariffs.
These current Catalina Square Bed and trundle are very similar:

Sealy twin mattresses currently sell for $199 and up.
The bed and mattress were disassembled and moved into a ground-level garage. The trundle is still on the second floor and would need to be moved downstairs.
