Crib: solid wood crib by Kalon Studios. Bought new 6 years ago (we've used for two children)

Durable, well-constructed, still excellent structurally — all hardware present, converts to toddler bed (3-walled) or platform bed style.
Cosmetic notes: some surface blemishes/scratches (not structural) — the wood is unpainted/finished in a natural way, so the finish has held up well but shows normal signs of use. See photos.
Mattress: Nook crib mattress (also used for the two children). Both items sold together or separately. I will disassemble the crib for easier pick-up/transport.
