It served us great for our baby's first five or six months. There are five motion patterns and five speeds (I think "Car Ride" on setting 5 was our favorite), and four white noises the bassinet will make. The white noise feature is good for parents too; it's hard to get sleep when the baby is so little, and you're attuned to their every little noise, and their bassinet is right next to your bed.
Amazon says it has bluetooth capability but we never explored that because we were right there when it was in use anyway.
Comes with the two pad covers and the pad itself. Not included is a basket that is sometimes shown in the reviews or advertisements - that's an aftermarket accessory.
It is operational, so you can test all the functions when you're here. The legs detatch for transport and it is overall not too heavy.
