These oil dispensers were used in gas stations in the 1930s-1940s. It appears everything is on this unrestored dispenser. There are several similar pieces on ebay for much higher prices. Well restored pieces are documented on the Internet having sold in range of $1000-$3000. Oil company decals are available on the Internet.

Local pick up. If you live in the Bay Area I may be willing to deliver for the cost of gas. My van gets about 11 MPG, so estimate the cost based on round trip from Sebastopol.
