From one of the Marin Co. Estates we represent and is "a must-have for any collector or fan of early Americana. Travel/Industrial Shabby Chic The 35-inch CART is an original and comes with a Pad to make into a Chaise Lounge!. Manufactured between 1890-1919, this is an ANTIQUE find and is in Very Good condition.

and VERY collectible Furnishings!
All have been displayed lovingly these past decades in the family home. Wonderful "Vintage" condition w/ narely a conditional issues we could find aside from obvious: faded painted/aging. Note One loose/replaced Steel bracket. Overall all item in good - just not pristine .but ."well cared for" condition. With items like this- we leave it to others to make assessments on condition.
