We are clearing out the antique collection of my late grandfather, and we have for sale this beautiful vintage drop-front secretary desk. This is a very sturdy, well-made piece with a lot of character.
It features a classic Colonial Revival silhouette with lovely turned legs and original metal handles that have a unique, aged patina. The desk opens to reveal a functional interior with multiple cubbies and slots for organizing mail or stationery. Below the desk surface, there are three spacious drawers providing extra storage. While there are some minor surface scratches consistent with its age, it is in great physical condition and is ready for a home office or a cozy reading nook.
