Got from my Uncle who traveled the world. Extraordinary piece, one of the finest Huichol Masks I've ever seen. Please read the picture about the art of the Huichol and how they do it. The big flower depicted on the mask is actually the Peyote and the artists who create these Masks use Peyote while doing their tradecraft and take inspiration from what they see and place each bead by hand by without a grid and make each Mask unique there on the spot.
