Vintage Miniature Wood Diorama of German Tavern is handmade, a German folk art wall hanging. It’s basically a 3D wooden diorama with intricate details, including bar with bottles and mugs, a beer keg and rack, storage lofts w/ladders, a faux window w/view picture inserted, and a lantern. The wood appears to be Spruce, some pieces are turned, others simple plank pieces, all finished in a glossy clear wood sealer. It is constructed with sloping floor, walls, and ceiling to create a forced perspective, to add visual depth to the scene. It’s outer perimeter is about 7”-square x 1-1/2” D; the back ‘wall’ is about 5”-square. On the back is a small satin hanging loop by which to attach it to a wall bracket, etc. It’s available for local pick-up in San Rafael, cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
