OBERON DESIGN Leather Journal Notebook Cover, Celtic has a hand-cast metal button and secured with a leather thong. This is an heirloom-quality premium ‘wine-colored’ leather cover w/button, both hand-crafted in Santa Rosa, California. Both the cover and the button have intricate embossed Celtic designs that appear to be a stylized Dara Knot, an interwoven design that’s influenced by the tangled roots of ancient oak trees. It’s a modern design inspired by Celtic lore and tradition. Ancient oaks were considered as a symbol of strength, wisdom and endurance. (The traditional design was often used on armour and weaponry.). The journal cover is intended for use with a 6” W x 9” H ‘Moleskine’ type notebook (NOT included, sold elsewhere on-line.) New OBERON covers retail for about $75, a bargain here. It’s available for local pick-up in San Rafael, cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
