This artwork titled ‘Rolling Hills’ is a large color offset lithographic poster by noted Northern California artist Clark Mitchell (b. 1951.) The artist’s facsimile signature and date 1997 are on the lower right edge of the print image. The original artpiece, done in soft pastels, likely en plein air (on location,) was done in an impressionistic style. The image area is about 35” W x 23” H and finished w/clear acrylic glazing. It is framed with clear Plexiglas (with small stress crack on the left margin) in a narrow black plastic frame 36” W x 24” H, w/black hardboard backer sheet. The frame has a ‘sawtooth’ clip for immediate hanging. It’s available for local pick-up in San Rafael, cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
