Pic 18. Vintage Black Velvet jacket with turquoise silk and gold thread embroidery. Size medium- large if kept open. I also wore when I was quite thin and my Mother was also tiny (this was hers). Has eye-hook at top of mandarin collar. No damage, tears nor stains. $65
