Rent for one person is $2100 per month ($2200 total rent including electricity, propane, water, garbage and sewer). For two people, add $100 to rent for utilities. The security deposit is $2500. First and last month's rent (last month may be paid in installments).
A credit report will be required for each adult tenant applicant, copy of DL, verification of income (2 recent pay stubs). Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the monthly rent. A completed application will be required before a viewing can be scheduled. There is no fee to apply.
