There is storage above the ceiling in the attic as well.
The backyard is finished with turf and stepping stones with grey gravel on the sides. I am open to a tenant planting where the gravel is but would like to know which plants interest you.
Parking is on the street which there is plenty of.
Pet friendly for a $250 deposit per pet (Cat/Dog). No extra monthly fee.
