Cute, sunny and roomy tiny house with a loft and high ceilings for rent. The house is clean, has hardwood floors, French doors, new appliances. The house is on 2 acres in west Sebastopol about 1.5 miles to town. There is also a main house and guesthouse on the property. There are lovely views from each window and it is very peaceful with parking a lots of outside space. We are looking for a single tenant who is and smoke free. We would also like a good renting/work history.

Rent is 1250 and includes garbage, propane, PGE and water. There is also washer and dryer on site.

The current person living there has been here for a while but he is moving to Denmark and can leave after August 15. He says he brags to all his friends what a wonderful place and great deal he has as well as how wonderful we are. He would be happy to meet you if you would like to ask him any questions. It will be ready for move in after that, but viewing is available with an appointment now.
