It's located on an acre and 1/2 of land, on a community property, with a lot of trees, landscaping and nature, that is 1 1/2 miles from downtown. The bus has outside room with a composting toilet, bath and shower. The property is back off from the street, and very peaceful and quiet. It also has a large organic garden space that can be used. The community has potluck dinners once a month, where everyone can bond and share about their lives. People on the community to contribute to make the land and the experience beautiful, healthy, and great to live on. The monthly rent is $1200. It includes water and electricity's charge separately.
