Charming and comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath home located near Ragle Park. It was remodeled in 2019 with attention to non-toxic materials. The home is one of two homes located on a 10 acre property. The houses are close together but feel private as they are oriented away from one another. The owners live in the other house with their 6 year old daughter and 10 year old son. We have chickens, a large fenced in gardening space and some mature fruit trees. The property itself is an oasis of oaks and redwoods and a safe place for the local wildlife (deer, owls, fox, coyote, etc). It is a magical property with rustic country charm. The home is located on one of the main bike thoroughfares and is close to town. The monthly rent includes water (we are on well but have a robust filtration system), sewage (we are on septic), and trash but does not include PG&E or propane.One thing to note, there is not a whole lot of storage as it does not have a garage, so it is likely not suitable for someone that has a lot of stuff. Also, we are animal lovers and are open to animals on a case-by-case basis but can't accept a large number of animals. We would love to have another family with similarly aged children join us on the property but this isn't a requirement. The house is available December 1st.
