I rent a HUGE 4000sqft house in a beautiful location with a 1ac lot and vineyard sunset views, but it is too large for me now that my kids don't stay with me very often. I still love living here, so I am looking to sublet three bedrooms and two baths in this house and share it with a responsible family. Ideal for a single parent with full or part time custody! The house features a great open layout with a large kitchen, living room, family room, home theater with a 120' UHD projection screen and surround sound, pool table, dining room, hot tub, large yard with lawn, shade/climbing trees, fish pond, large deck that's perfect for entertaining, and room for gardening. Included is one garage space and storage in shared 3-car garage. House has solar, so electric bill is very low. Furnished option available. Up to two well-behaved cats OK. $2512/month (1/2 of rent) + shared utilities, $3000 security deposit. Must have monthly income of 2x rent, proof of employment, & references.

About me: 51yo man, self-employed and partially retired. Very outdoorsy but otherwise quiet and easy to get along with. I have 2 teenagers who visit occasionally. My girlfriend and her 7yo daughter also stay over about once a week on average. I work one day/week in SF and visit my GF there as well, so I am often not home for several days. Volunteer firefighter, ex-engineer, clean (but not obsessive), pretty quiet (but don't mind sounds of life in the house). I've lived in this house for 6 years now and my (our?) landlord has been very happy.
