Meadowview Apartments is professionally managed by Pine Creek Properties. On-site managers are available to promptly address maintenance requests and tenancy concerns.
RENTAL TERMS

We exclusively offer Month-to-Month Rental Agreements, and residents are responsible for all utilities.
We do not have a waitlist. All units are available on a first-qualified, first-approved basis.

RENTAL CRITERIA How to qualify? We are seeking qualified applicants with (1) completed applications, (2) verifiable, gross (pre-tax), combined monthly income that is 2.5x the monthly rent. Applicants who receive verifiable ongoing (not temporary) housing subsidy from the housing authority or similar program are considered income-qualified, (3) a minimum of 12 months of positive and verifiable rental history from a non-relative (all previous and current rental history within the last 7-10 years must be positive), (4) positive background check (obtained from public records), (5) positive credit history. Applicants who receive government rent subsidy have the option to provide alternative evidence of their ability to pay rent in lieu of credit history, and (6) each applicant pays a $30.00 screening fee at the time of application. Applicants are not charged an application screening fee unless or until their application is actually considered.
It is our policy not to accept co-signers.

We allow 1 (one) indoor cat with a signed Pet Addendum. Verification of spay/neuter and current vaccinations are required.
