Looking for sharing, caring, low strung individual who can handle the rent and participate in household chores without causing any stress or strife in anyone’s life. Open to men, women, str8s, gays, trans, singles or divorcees with low to no baggage, high hopes for their future that are unwilling to impede the hopes and lives of the roommates (aka - don’t be a dick!). We’re not early risers, but we’re not late night parties either. Schedules are respected regardless if you’re 9-5 or 5-9!!
$4100 move in cost paid directly to property management - that includes first and last/security deposit. Lease will be reworked to include all tenants. A dog or cat can possibly be approved, just ask. FYI - Single family homes in Marin County are exempt from many rent control ordinances, but property management is good and owners only raise rent 3%-5% a year. No advance deposits taken unless you’ve been here to meet the two current subtenants by and you’ve seen the place/done a walk through. There is an application process with the property management company for you and your animals.
