I am looking for a tenant (1 year lease +) for my awesome home in D section of Rohnert Park. It is on the Foxtail Golf Course (South, 15th hole). It has a pool and hot tub! Other features include modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, garage with Tesla charger, brand new carpets, recently sanded/stained deck, and solar panels. 4th bedroom is 2 bedrooms converted to 1, so it is quite large (it can be a studio for someone lucky!) Small AC window unit in the primary bedroom. Rent price covers my mortgage almost exactly. I am not looking for a large profit on this rental, only to break even. Cats and dogs OK. Please call or text me (the owner) for a showing. This house has been for sale for 1 month and it is not selling, so I am looking for tenants at this point. I will remove it off the market for the right tenant! $5,500 per month does not include pool and yard maintenance. If you'd like to add this on, it is an additional $500 per month. ($250 each). Utilities will be paid by the tenant as well.
