We have a room opening in a home in Petaluma in the beginning of May, just about five minutes east of downtown.
The house includes an equipped kitchen, two living rooms, a garage, a laundry room, a full yard, and a garage. This room shares a clean restroom with one tenant in his late 20s.
There’s also space for anything additional. There’s a new washer and a working dryer owned by the household.
Current 3 housemates are in their late 20s/early 30s. I personally am interested in things like guitars, music, skateboarding, fitness etc. we have all become friends and are fairly busy with our own full time jobs outside of the house.
Our leasing company requires a 650 credit score, and requires 3 years of past rental history. The room is month to month, but you’ll need to be added to our month-to-month leasing agreement.
