Newly renovated studio in quiet East Petaluma neighborhood. Room has its separate entrance and features an open floor plan with a loft that can accommodate a queen size mattress. Unit is attached to main house and tenant would not have access to the main house. The studio has a small private bathroom. Tenant would have 1 reserved parking space in the driveway. Room has minimal storage and does not feature a closet.
Looking for a tenant who is honest and respectful. Ideal tenant will be mindful of others and not be loud. This is a quiet family neighborhood and courtesy for all neighbors is required. Looking for 1 quiet occupant, with only 1 car. Please do not reply if you have more than 1 occupant. No frequent overnight guests. No smoking of any kind and absolutely no drugs. If you are wanting to party, be loud, and have a bunch of people over this place is not for you. There is no on site laundry.
