Our adorable, fully furnished, cottage will be available to rent as of October 1st(possibly not until the 5th). Completely separate and private from the main house. Private side yard, full kitchen, bath, laundry, pellet stove and gas for bathroom heat, evaporative air cooler. 5 minutes from downtown Petaluma and within walking distance from Helen Putnam Regional Park-huge open space hiking/biking/walking. Must love animals to live here. Beautiful gardens and views. We have a big vegetable garden and you are welcome to share in the bounty. Possible small/medium dog allowed with additional deposit if they get along with mine. All utilities including WiFi are included. This is suitable for a quiet single person or couple only. There is no additional storage other than what is in the cottage.
