Trendy loft right in the heart of downtown Petaluma, fully furnished - walking distance to bars, cafes and the river, located conveniently on the west side.

The Hideaway Loft is a 1 bedroom apartment, though it's quite roomy (just over 1000 square feet). You'll live above the owner's main house, but with a completely separate staircase, entrance and deck, you'll have full privacy.

The loft has an outside deck, living room, full-kitchen, office, bedroom and claw foot soaking tub, and high-speed internet.

The space
The loft is fully-equipped for long stays. You have a completely separate entrance with a deck for lounging, an outdoor table, and chairs.

The living room has a large comfy sofa, smart TV, coffee nook and ample storage space.

The dining area/kitchen has a huge farmhouse dining table, new fridge, new dishwasher, new ceiling fan, stove/oven and fully-stocked kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, cookware, plates, dishes, glasses, mugs, teapot, blender, electric kettle, etc. Essentially, you should have everything you need to feel right at home!

The loft has a roomy office with a standing desk and ergonomic desk chair as well as a reading corner to unwind during the workday. With high-speed reliable internet, the Hideaway Loft is ideal for remote workers.

There is an HVAC system as well as Level 2 EV charger onsite.

The bathroom has a claw foot soaking tub with two shower heads, a low-flush toilet with a bidet, as well as a double vanity, hotel-quality towels and soaking salts and hair products.

The bedroom is very roomy and has a King bed with a pillow topper for ultimate comfort, multiple closets and a large dresser. You'll also find a meditation corner in the room with a diffuser, pillows and a mat to lay down on.

We have tried to make this space be somewhere you feel joyous, comfy and taken care of in, and if you need anything during your stay, we are happy to help.

There is a shared laundry room in the garage.

You will have a parking spot right next to the house, and for any other cars, there is ample street parking.

All utilities are included with a flat $250 monthly fee (includes water, sewer, trash, gas, electric and high speed internet)

Pets considered with additional deposit and pet rent.
