The guesthouse can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Your choice.
Everything is included in the rent; Cable, Dedicated Wifi, Electric, Gas, Water, Trash, Sewer and Laundry access.
Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, A/C, Flat screen Smart TV's in the living room and bedroom,
queen size bed, and a 140 yr old clawfoot tub/shower.
We live across the driveway, so no common walls. There is a large covered patio that has a BBQ, table/chairs, heater and lounge chairs, with a private backyard that has an organic Vegi garden and a 20ft shipping container for things like bikes, camping equip etc.
There is off street parking for two cars.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you would need to cook a Thanksgiving turkey dinner, except the turkey.
It even comes with a Christmas tree and decorations for you to put on it.
EV charging is available at an additional cost based on usage.
No smoking/vaping of anything allowed on the property.
No drug use.
No drama.
Owner lives on the property.
The rent is $3000 a month, on a month to month basis, plus security deposit, with all utilities included.
Reasonable dog considered for an additional pet fee.
Refundable security deposit of $3000.
Credit report required.
Minimum 3 month stay.
The guesthouse is spotless, you are welcome to view it with advance notice.
It's available March 1st 2026.
