Everything is included in the rent; Cable, Dedicated Wifi, Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, Laundry access and a water tight 20ft shipping container for storage of your larger items like bikes, kayaks or camping equipment.

queen size bed, and a 140 yr old clawfoot tub/shower.
We live across the driveway, so no common walls. There is a large covered patio that has a BBQ, table/chairs, heater and lounge chairs, with a private backyard that has an organic Vegi garden and a storage shed for things like bikes, camping equip etc.
There is off street parking for two cars.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you would need to cook a Thanksgiving turkey dinner, except the turkey.
It even comes with a Christmas tree and decorations for you to put on it.
EV charging is available at an additional cost based on usage.
No smoking/vaping of anything allowed on the property.
No drug use.
No drama.
Owner lives on the property.
The rent is $3000 a month, plus security deposit, with all utilities included.
Rent reduction of $250 per month with the signing of a one year lease.
Refundable security deposit of $3000.
Reasonable pet considered for an additional monthly pet fee.
Credit report, proof of employment and application with references required.
Minimum 3 month stay.
The guesthouse is spotless, you are welcome to view it with advance notice.
